Freeform Optics is a new frontier and Greenlight Optics is on the leading edge. Freeform Optics refers to the design and manufacturing of lenses that do not have rotational or translational symmetry.
Greenlight has developed advanced design and modeling capability, a workflow process to manufacture freeform lenses, and metrology to analyze the freeform surfaces.
We have utilized our freeform optics capabilities to enable breakthrough products in the following applications: Lidar sensors, LED lighting, Off-axis projection, Imaging systems, HUD combiners, and a wide variety of lens arrays.
